The RCAB Benefit Trusts offer participating Catholic organizations a life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) plan for eligible employees. These benefits are offered at no cost to employees. In addition to paying a benefit in the event of the employee’s death, the plan also pays an additional benefit should the employee die or suffer certain severe injuries as a result of certain accidents.
