Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts and CVS/Caremark serve as the administrators for the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Boston Lay Health Plans. The RCAB Health Benefit Trust offers the choice of three Health Plan options: Enhanced, Basic, and High Deductible Health Plans.
The Health Plan is a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) Plan. Employees may visit providers in the Blue Cross PPO network for the highest level of coverage. Employees may also receive care outside of network at a higher cost.
Employees can log in to MyBlue (online Blue Cross Blue Shield account) by visiting
member.bluecrossma.com/login. To see if a doctor, hospital, or provider is in-network, or to find a new one, employees can visit the BCBS Find a Doctor & Estimate Costs tool to search by name, hospital, or specialty. Choose "PPO or EPO" from the network drop-down menu.

These methods are based on the observation and interpretation of the naturally occurring biological markers of the fertile and infertile phases of a woman's menstrual cycle.
